Spring market is definitely on its way and its been an incredibly long week! To be honest, I had a difficult time picking the HOTW for today because there were just so many nice ones to choose from. First world problem... I know. So, after taking what seems like way too much time I "settled" on a *beautiful* property I shot yesterday at 18 Jasmine Road in Lumberton, NJ. This house has it all! 3,500sq/ft, 1/2 acre lot, vaulted ceilings, 4bdr, 3.5 bath, study, fireplace, etc. Oh and the basement.... that massive basement! Wet bar, theater room, fireplace and a ton of room for whatever else your heart desires *cough* *cough* pool table. So whether you're outside hanging out on the brand new paver patio or downstairs watching a movie in your private theater room you're guaranteed to love it!
